Drifting isn't a mode, it's a style. You can't remove the ability to drift from GT4. Well, maybe by sticking full ASM and TCS and making them non-tunable, but still.

I'm glad to see that this game is going to be a pain to finish. GT3 is a far cry from truly challenging anymore, and I have a feeling this time around, it's going to hurt. It's going to hurt sooo good.👍
 
So far the Nrburgring is one tough SOB. Especially at high speeds, it's so damn nerve racking. One wrong twitch and you're screwed... :crazy:
 
So what Le Mans cars are buyable in this game? Toyota GT-ONE, someone said. What about Sauber C9, and Mazda 787B, for example? I really like those cars, I would hate them to be buyable.

i'm really confident in nurburgring... especially after countless laps in the demo already.

i just cant do city course too well

In GT2, the best and easiest way of earning money seemed to be selling race cars for 250k and 500k. If such autos are available in short races, is it still possible to sell them for huge bucks? Are they now only available in tougher/longer races, perhaps? Someone please explain ;)

i'm on the GT World Championships in Professional races
wtf is up with those cars. i'm running a Nissan Concept Z Le Mans edition with a stage 4 turbo kit and i can barely keep up with those SOB's!!!!

i got desperate and added Nitros and i still can't get past 3rd :( do i need to get another car??? i'm being spanked by Toyota GT-One and Audi R8 LM edition (i think) *moan*

so my days of winning the gt world championship with an opel vectra are back :)
now, that was in gt2... it would be a blast to race against lemans cars with my beloved skyline... for those who have the game, is that possible, race with a JGTC car and beat the lemans cars?

don't think the Option Stream Z is a JGTC car, but even that car that was designed for the Silver States Classic got its ass handed to it in the first (estimated) 100 meters :(

gran turismo for boys....hmmm.:yuck: I have a better idea for KY. How about Gran Turismo for Men!:trouble: Where every race is almost as hard as a licence challenge. You wouldn't hear me complaining.:)
 
i got a CLK GTR
i'm still figuring out what tires i should run in those race, those AI cars doesnt seem to have tirewear..... and they are pushing the car really hard.

LOL :lol: you say that it doesn't have replay value, then you go onto say that you could play it forever. :lol: Doesn't make sense :lol:

You misinterperated what I said then. By replay value I meant that there isn't much motive to start the game over again, or even to go back and race the races you already have won. But the game continues to be playable just driving around or drifting.
 
Many new cars and tracks to learn, on top of the fact that my GT3 drifting skills are still only average, adds up to me playing GT4 for a very, very, very, very...

*trails off*
 
I haven't been looking around but I still don't know how many A-spec points/how much completion percentage is needed to unlock the Extreme Hall. Anyone know?
