AltF8 Gets a New Camera

Good job Alt! The picture of your daugher is exquisite. You got the lighting perfect (in Photoshop I mean :p). Great job!
 
im planning to get a digital camera in the coming weeks hopefully ill be able to find a kodak dx4330 for under £250 im sure ebay will come in handy :lol:

edit: nice pics there altf8 super quality!
and one more thing what does pressing alt and f8 do before i go pressing it like a madman:mad: :lol:

Ah, the long-standing mystery. It does mean something, but not in a computer program you're likely to be running (since it was probably written before you were born...).

I always thought it meant Alternate Fate. Either that or its something like BASIC.

Those are awesome pictures for sure. It's amazing how many more pics you'll take and experiment with when it's digital. "Don't like it, delete it and try again." It's a wonderful media and has brought myself a lot of entertainment since we got our's 8 months ago.

Alt F8 Has to do with the program that AltF8 owns and uses ALT F8 in.

Uh...no, you don't. I've personally never used the program that it comes from.
 
In WordPerfect, <Alt>+<F8> will print a list off of all available keyboard commands.

Could it be that you want to be a WordPerfect junkie?

Close, but not quite. :)

In WordPerfect for DOS, Alt+F8 was the key combination for the "Style" menu.

So, there you go. I said it. :)

Dang it, should have remembered the old DOS commands....., then again, never knew them even back in the day. :)

So now we all know that AltF8 has style, though we knew that before the meaning of the name...
