I've found the ZR1 to be around 1-2 seconds faster and much better handling than the Z06. Plus it looks better.

That is a nice paint job, mine is black, white and gray, which I like. As for speed, I can cronk Indy whenever I need an extra 98,000 credits with it. I do have a ZR1, but it is not race modded.

i switch up between my ZR1 RM and my GT LM Spec II. I like the GT because i can keep it pegged the whole way. no mater how i setup the ZR1 I cannot get it to go full throttle through the corners.

I won the Ford GT LM II Spec Race Car for winning GT All Stars and I run 46 second laps on it.

Full speed, no let off from the throttle, shaving corners. I can complete 5 laps at Indy in 3min 56 seconds. Quickest 98K you can win.

I run the GT LM II as well, but with my setup i run 43 second laps. Race takes me around 3min 33seconds.

You could try the ford gt lm spec II test car in the new car dealership, it is about 5 million I think.

If you are looking for cash and experience you can do the auto A spec grind with the X1 in Indy on dreamcar championship. If you are interested I can tell you how to do it if you do not already know how.

I lost all my save data 2 days ago, I was level 30 A spec and 24 B spec and after doing the seasonal races and the auto grinding I am up to level 28 A spec in 2 days.

ZR1 RM. Viper ACR. Ford GT LM. Chaparral. NASCAR. Anything fast and American will do. You could try to set quick laps, too. Have you done Seasonal Events? Those do wonders to your level.

I tend to prefer LikeTheWind:Indy or Dreamcar:Indy because I can pick *any* car to do them with rather than just US cars (which I personally find a little uninteresting).

However using different cars keeps things interesting for me. For the AM.Ch:Indy race I switch between ZR1-RM, Viper Team Oreca #51, GT Race Car Spec II.

I haven't tried the Cien or the 2J yet, though I have them in my garage.

I haven't tried any other cars here yet but I might soon. I want to find out if any cars can go faster than my ZR1 RM, I can do 41.7 laps easily, can any other cars go faster than this?

i can do 43 second laps and my ford gt II test car (white one) does 42. so i guess with a bit of tweeking it could be made to go quicker

I want to tune a Panoz Esperante for this race, but I haven't seen it show up in the UCD or the OCD.

For some reason I can't tune the Viper from the New Dealership to take corners at full throttle as well as the ZR1 RM.

Definitely have to try the Ford GT II Test Car and the 2J for this race. Getting tired of grinding for credits with the same ZR1 RM over and over and over... =p

I use the Ford GT Race Car Spec II. Once I got on the track, I drove like AIs. Or in other words, follow the AIs every move through the corners, like braking before a corner but it is otherwise unnecessary to brake.

I got up to 1-2 million just doing that for an hour or so.

i used the ford GT LM spec II (S) (white one) which i won on the Dream Car Championship
will buy the black on from the gt dealer when i have the cash i also wanna try the panoz esperante if anyone has this car could they try it and let me know if it is worth buying thanks !!!! :)

I do use the Esperante to grind at Indy, so it'll get the job done. 👍
I'm aslways switching between that, the white Ford GT LM spec II, and the yellow Ford GT (no stripe). I like to switch because they all drive differently, and the yellow GT is more of a challenge.

I tried Panoz Esperante but that car is just bad, it can't turn at corners and I hit every wall.
So I used either Viper team oreca or Ford GT LM Spec ll Race Car

The Ford GT LM Spec II Race Car seems to be the best choice @ the Indy on the AM Championship.

But the fastest I could get with this car is 43.952 per lap, and that was without hitting any opponents, crashing against any walls or making any mistakes at all.. I did extend the last gear ratio also..

Those of you claiming to get 40-42 secs with this car around the Indy, do you mind sharing your tuning set up??
