put damage in the ****ing game and that problem will be resolved. Especially for front engine cars... Punt= death.

Well, it tells you how to cheat. Winning can be achieved by cheating or by not cheating. All this guide does is explain how to exploit a situation if you're not good enough to do it the right way.
It's not cheating, it's simply unsporting. The game allows for this tactic to pay dividends to thoes who use it. I am not fan of this tactic and I always try to race clean, but the onus is on PD to provide private lobbies where a host can decide the rules and kick any players who fail to abide by them.

Does not work that way in Forza, why would it be like that in GT? It only takes a small tap to send someone off the track at speed. Damage simply means that when you are punted your race might be over instead of getting back on track and getting on with it.

PSM is a joke. Sure the game allows such conduct, that is not the issue. The problem here is that a publication should up hold certain standards and those have not been met. A gaming publication, especially an official one should be an advocate, pushing the medium forward. They need to be showing people how best to enjoy games, but will thier readers be enjoying GT when they are in turn getting punted by others who follow the same advice? I think not.

Damage?? why so PD can screw that up by not having it done correctly ? No thanks.

With PD being new to online, they have there hands full fixing that better.

I could just imagine the the added complaining with PD being green at creating damage.:nervous:

You can win races by driving like an arse. This isn't exactly news and, for those who just care about winning, it classes as a strategy.

This is true. Look at Jason Plato. :D

Actually, look at Michael Schumacher, or even Ayrton Senna - driving like an arse with style. (I can't remember any arse-like driving recently because I can't clearly remember watching an F1 race from the last 3 years... but I'm sure there are examples.)

Interesting, no?

Slightly disturbing, but I think a good racer can still win against douchebags who play dirty. Maybe not every race, but more than half the time at least.

I'll go one better - I win way more than half the races I'm in versus punters. They can't drive, so just sit behind them and wait til they exit the track. And I aint what anyone would describe as 'good', I'd say more 'average' :O
