Those are pretty low settings, you have to be careful that you don't set the brakes too low. It may be easier to avoid a lockup, but it can be easy to set them so low that you have to brake earlier than necessary. For maximum braking power you should be able to almost lock the wheels from top speed (=maximum downforce = maximum grip). As it's hard to know in GT when you're almost locking the brakes and the adjustments are pretty coarse you usually have to pick between being able to lock them, or one click lower. Any more than one click lower than the setting that lets you lock the brakes from top speed means you'll be having to brake too early.Thanks for the advice. I was using brake bias 5 at the front and 4 at the rear. It was too easy to lock the rears. I'm now driving with three at the front and 1 at the back and it's a lot easier. I now drive all online races without abs. Thanks for the advice.
Well, that's how you get the maximum performance from the car anyway, but staying on the track is worth more time than braking a few metres earlier, so do whatever lets you keep it under control.
