Well, i've seen surfing behind a car on the highway, but sitting on the roof of a 4x4 in a residential is just asking to crash into something. At least on a highway your going fast enough the car will generally go straiter. But going like 15 mph on a narrow street you will have to steer the damn truck.
It sort of looked like he tried to turn the wheel with his foot (the signal light turned on ) but was un-sucessful.
