FWIW Amazon is still selling GT5CE.

I preordered a copy last night for my friend. We even got the message saying that we qualify to receive the Mercedes SLS stealth car.

I noticed there was a news article saying Amazon was sold out of the CE. I look back at the webpage and it does not say anything about the Kyosho model or books, etc. (edit...it does show a pic of the CE addons but nothing in the description)

For my friend's sake I hope our order is good and no problem from being sold out.

i'm sure the heads-up will benefit someone or the other. somebody mentioned it in one of the other multi-page threads but it's likely buried somewhere.

speculation was that amazon's just selling off the pre-orders from people that cancelled. suckers :)
