I preordered from amazon, and they just delivered by email the PSN gift code I can use to redeem :

5-car bonus pack and $1MM in game credit.

Strangely even though I got the code, when I input it, Sony's website says: The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid.

But I'll wait until tomorrow before I get worried about it (I don't have the game yet, it is shipped and I should get it on Friday).
 
Which code? You should have 3.

Although, you are right to wait it out. PSN has a habit of not activating redemption codes until the official release day/date.
 
I am getting the same error message from my amazon order. I contacted them through the chat thing and they said they would "escalate the ticket" and I would be emailed within 1 business day.

So who knows I guess.
 
Also, redeeming codes has been disabled by Sony due to some issues. I'm not sure if they've even re-enabled it yet. Either way, must wait until release before you can use the codes; if they are even accepting codes right now.

With Amazon.co.uk they threw 3 codes at you. One for the 1M credits, and 2 for 2 car packs.

They never stated you'd get the credits or additional car pack, so a nice surprise, depending on your point of view.
 
Pretty sure your system has to see game data before you can use any redeem codes.
 
Are you redeeming within the store? If so that could be the problem as I think they have problems with that.

When I was adding funds to preorder GT6 it gave me that error too, had to do it via account management > redeem codes on the XMB.
Try that.

But the OP posted a picture of an american game copy so he would likely be only getting 2 codes.
 
Glad I didn't go this route and grateful gtplanet put out the info on preordering. Getting the 1 mil would feel like an unnatural advantage in working your way through the game. Getting the Anniversary cars is like getting a free DLC instead.
