Ford GT
Jaguar XKR
Ferrari 458
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
Ruf RGT
BMW M3

Tis all.

I drove it in Mitch's series before it shut down. Fun and pretty yet horrendously rendered at the same time. Thanks PD.

Mitch: rather short list :/

I'm sorry, but Ferrari's are :yuck: how about a ________ challenge series the blank being:
1) Ruf
2) Lamborghini
4) Corvette
5) Ruf Yellowbird (no assists this would be fun)
And that's all I got :/
I sorry i meant this quote with i think we should use the lamborghini diablo

What you guys have against porsche (RUF) series? RGT is on the ALMS car list and does reasonably well...

Also, mitch, wth. Now I need a new partner...

Who wants to join (better than) robertson racing?

EDIT: actually having the RGT as the "challenge class" would be more realistic to ALMS because there are GT porsches and GTC porsches on track IRL rather than 430s.

No McLaren no NRG Racing, simple. Not to mention I'm still miffed over how this series has gone away from the racing...

The short list is the point.
Those are only cars that are competing this year.
I think that if we throw in a GT1 class instead of GTC, we can fatten up the normal GT class/GT2 so the M3 and XKR aren't back markers.

The real M3 has more waivers than any other car anyway, pretty sure it can be made competitive...

You mean the Ford GT? They're still in the real series, though they don't usually do that well...

But when I drive it people will get to see those sexy tail lights :)

The team doesnt have enough money.
If Ford had a factory team running that car, it could probably do pretty well.

Yes that.
Isn't there a race soon IRL

Mines painted pink from the iMeiv (sounds like some weird thing from apple) and looks surprisingly good 👍

The Jag is heavy as hell, as is the Aston. If they're included they'll need extra power to make up for their heft. The GTR is in GT1 as of now. With tuning options you can cancel out all the power to the front wheels if it's a big deal. Same with the Audi. I'd like to see a class that's not prototypes, but rather proto-Gt's, like the McLaren long tail, the R390GT1 Race car, Mercedes CLK-GTR; stuff like that. Prototypes are cool, but I'd like to use those cars in a race- 1000kg 600hp?

Your series has the road car versions. I'm thinking along those lines, but the RACE car versions. Kinda like when GT1 was the lead class at LeMans, but faster by a good deal than the 'latest' GT1's at LeMans. They were the Prototype GT1's. That'd be cool to do that as the lead class instead of LMPs.
