Those different colour rims adds nothing, accidently hit a curb and bent one so had to find a new one and haven't had it painted....

Utes are as popular here as those small trucks you have in the US.

The only reason he would not show up in the ban log is if he was advertising or he was an actual spam bot, whether if it was human or automatic actions. I seriously doubt that's the case. I've looked at his post history, and did not find anything "incriminating" other than some grammar. I don't think it's enough to get banned though. But then again I'm not a mod and I don't see everything. The mods may have deleted the posts in question.

I refuse to practice until the FFB is fixed. I dont want to get used to it being a certain way and then they go and change it again. :grumpy:

When i was warned about "lazy grammar" I literally sent messages back laughing at the guy because I honestly thought it was a joke. Here is the straw that broke the camels back as it were... (red is me, blue is moderator)

As long as I can read and comprehend it easily, I could care less about the spelling and grammar.

I don't understand. There are plenty of examples that are worse than what you did.

I won't be making the race tomorrow. I have to drop off my girls to my moms house so the wife and I can have a free weekend. :)
 
The draconian application of power on GTP sometimes is just overwhelming. First, if we're talking about "being fair to international members," a.) international members might have difficulty with English grammar, and be the ones misspelling words. b.) For a website that places CHRISTMAS LIGHTS and christmas lights ONLY on their page during the holiday season when many religions and people have their own celebrations throughout the world, GTP has no room to make an argument about tolerance of others.

I'm sorry, but having a private dispute with a moderator isn't a reason to ban someone. And personally, I find the grammar rule to be ridiculous on a forum about a racing video game.

When one of our members is banned over something this silly, it cripples our already crippled series. This is literally the only place on this site I visit anymore, the racing series threads. Mainly because the rules here set up a hierarchy where people can go Judge Dredd over such minor things. Even on first offenses I've seen members/mods get incredibly self-important and rude about grammar mistakes. Something so basic.

In conclusion, you guys want to taser someone every time they misspell a word or don't capitalize? Put a dreidel on the banner around December.

Oh, and stop acting like SOPA would have affected this already heavily censored website.

ON TOPIC: I don't think GP/F will take much practice, nor will Monza for the RUF league. Both have been raced by me and some of the others here so many times, I imagine I'll be going as fast as I'm going after a handful of laps. I'm looking forward to it, though. It's one of my favorites for the corners. So much fun! And fast!

Well there were 2 other posts pretty much like that one, where literally all I did was use shortcut words like "u" instead of you that he didnt like. I got a warning for the first one, i laughed at him, then it's like he made it a daily quest to read my posts and try to find anything wrong with it. I realize there are rules, one in which says you agree not to use "text speak" when using the forums. But in my opinion I also think the moderator abused their power on this one. It said I was only suspended for a few days, but the ban hasnt been lifted yet. I dont care though, I'm here to race not write a term paper.

With that being said, im not gonna be able to make the race because i have a date tomorrow night. You think I'll lose cool points if I tell her lets go out Saturday instead because i want to play a video game? haha
 
Only choose the corvette first if you can help the girl into it for your date. Otherwise, I think we all understand your predicament. :)
 
I know your season is almost over, but I was wondering if I could participate in the last few races? I'll definitely sign up for season 4 ( if there is another season).
