Perhaps after the race, we could run a spot race in Historic Le Mans vehicles?

Im wanting to join Tower's RUF series, but i dont have the RUF RGT 00'. Anyone here have one for trade by chance? I just never see one pop up in the used section.

I can send one to you. Not sure if I have you on my friends list or not. Just shoot me a FR and I can send you one tonight. 👍

Sent it right before I signed off. I think I may have corrupted my GT5 data. I may have turned the system off while it was saving...ehh oh well.

I didn't realize this was the final round either. I will certainly try to make it!

I've been asking for a while now about the Evora, but it was never allowed. I hope now with this announcement it will.

Rename this series IMSA GT for next season and ditch LMP due to no real LMP numbers?

Nope.
Nu' uh.
Not gonna happen.
No sir.
No way.
Not a chance.
Es muy imposible.
Good day sir.

I'd like to tun LMP1 Friday if anyone else wants to also. If not I can run in LMP2 or GT.

I actually think we could do that...

Don't do it man, don't do anything stupid, put that thought down!

Anyway, the Evora fully HP tuned is only 471HP. After break in it might reach 480, but turning is also a handful. Distribution is 40/60.

With all the GT cars at 1300kg couldn't you just let the Evora be super light by comparison? Then the HP would be comparable to some of the other light cars like Ford and Ferrari.

Anyway I'm considering LMP next season. So please don't make this GT only!

Pretty sure it's common knowledge the Evora is pretty slow compared to the others, it'd need a weight break to be competitive.

It's a sheep in wolf's clothing at the current specs.

^ and TT I was thinking about LMP next season too.

The Evora falls right within the regs at full tune, just as if it was made for this series!

Some guy that has sons that race cadet karts at my local track races in LMPC. I doubt if he's good. I've never heard of him.

A friend of mine's kid is gonna running LMPC this year at Sebring. Funny, just 5 years ago I remember watching this kid drive his dad's Evo up the trailer's ramp, barely reaching the pedlas while struggling to see past the steering wheel and 5 years later here he is Prototype Lights Champ and ready to kick some but on the big leagues!

The problem with ALMS is the TV deal, it's made it next to impossible to find a sponsor and is the reason my last ride fell apart....

However, our series has no TV deal and is much cheaper to run in :D

1245kg and 470hp is the official specs of the race Evora IRL. Making the car 1245-1250kg with 475hp in the game it hangs with any of the GT's in this series. Which is why I wanted to run it. It has beautiful handling. With the ballast added to it from doing the weight reduction stg.3 you can put some weight towards the front and make the handling even better. Lotus has always been the lightweight before high power formula. I think it'd be great if it ran at those specs. Not quite the top speed, but a great corner carver.
