I like that idea. Any testing done?

Was just thinking. If we combine P1 and P2, arent the P1's going to have an advantage in down force?

I dont plan to run either, but just my thoughts. Wouldnt it make more sense just to have one class of LMP's? Last season it was really only about 4-5 active drivers that ran the LMP's and it wouldnt make much sense to split that group up. Just have LMP and GT? If only Gran Turismo could handle more than 12 drivers at a time :grumpy:

All the LMP's have equal downforce, except the R8 '05 and the pescarolo, they can get the extra wing in gt-auto.

Extra wing in GT Auto?

You mean you can put a better wing on the cars???

Should I join LMP1 for season 4 to start my official GT5 ALMS career? will here be room in the P1 class?

Should be plenty of room in that class. P1 started out with a full class and then slowly died down during the season.

don't change the appearance, but check the pp and upgrade 85 to 105 in downforce :sly:

Pescarolo 05 the same 👍

So they're all the same, but there's 3 that have no difference?

I actually volunteered to do all or the majority of them, but reserving A) is decent enough :p I actually planned for the writing, shall it be tremendously formal.

Semi-formal, make sure it's clear that that is what this series is... semi-formal. Also make it clear that it's a group effort.

I was thinking of moving up to P2 also. Only thing that turns me off is the lack of car choices. :grumpy:

That's the point of P2...

Should I??

Of course!

Get season 4 thread up, i'll start designing some standings pages. I just need to know what tracks/cars we're going to use.

Don't look at me! :sly:

Same schedule as this year? Except ditch Madrid?

If only we could use Spa, im cool with using a similar schedule. Its pretty balanced and we saw every different car win at least one race for the GT's.

Spa can be a mid-season break, completely optional, just like Le Mans. No points to be awarded.

Who's Sparty???

He was once a participant last season but withdrew due to difficulties keeping up to the competition, difficulties using his wheel properly, angering other drivers, etc. Or did he withdraw early this season, I dunno. Either way, I guess he was pretty cool. Not sure what happened to him now, but I guess competitors come and go.

Go for it Techni...or Kevin. Looks like its down to you guys anyway. Gatrs, hand down the torch!

From what I saw he was always complaining about his tune or how to tune. He would go make changes and then it was total destruction when he got on the course. It seemed like he was a younger kid though.

Post for approval first. ;)

Oh  are you still racing this gatrs?

Keep Madrid. I missed that race because of a previous engagement, but it's one of my favorite tracks on this game. I think LMP should be based on 525hp and 930kg. Some cars need less weight and more power. Like the pescarolo's. And some need more weight- Audi R8's; and less power- Toyota and Bentley.

I like Madrid as well. It's a very methodical track. You get in a rhythm and keep your concentration and you can have a good race. You miss a braking point or lose momentary concentration and you're into a wall.
