I'm cleaning up... Working on the GT5 platinum trophy. So I had all silvers on AMG challenges advanced (300SL wet). I just ran them again, and could beat the gold times by dozens of seconds. I used TCS 1 and ABS 5. Try it!

I'm not all THAT much better than I used to be. I bet the spec II TCS is much better at delivering power to the road than it used to be.
 
I realized that after a whole year of playing this game you do get better at handling the cars and knowing the tracks.
 
Where are the good old "unmakeable" GT license tests and missions?

GT5 was too easy to get all golded (never tried the red bull crap x201x car because I hate that unrealistic thing...)

Try it. It's the only hard challenge in the game.

All there, alive and kicking.

But unexplainably, most of them have SRF forced-enabled, resulting with almost no challenge for the experienced players.

Removal of the forced-SRF on License Tests (and some Special Events where it is also imposed) would certainly be welcomed.

Yeah but its not about driving skills, its a weird thing... Then I´ll prefer Wipeout if I want such an speed in an game.

Amar, yeah, as I can remember correctly, there were driving aids on in the license tests wich cant be turned off :indiff:

I can remember the days where people in forums were saying "wow you golded all licenses, incredible (I never golded every test)"... Now its nothing special anymore since GT5...

Yep, when i first started driving the FGT, with abs 2 and tcs 2, i was barely able to drive it. Now i can drive it with no assists, and go faster then before...but it does seem as the game has gotten much easier.
