I have been getting this message for almost as long as I have owned GTS. I will get it on sport mode races and also on campaign races. My PS4 Pro was new at Xmas 2017 as was GTS. There is a possibility my hard drive is bad? I will try saving the game data on an external hard drive and then reinstalling unless someone has other suggestions.

How do you initialize a PS4 Pro???

How do you initialize a PS4 Pro???

Initialising a PS4 means resetting it to factory settings.
ie. you wipe the console clean of everything except the firmware.

Big call.

Running Safemode "Rebuild Database", or deleting GT Sport from the console, running Rebuild Database, and then re-installing (using a wired connection) would be a much better place to start.
