I have the same problem , highly annoying but i havent got a clue what is happening . first i tought it was an update but after doing some searching i only found and update message for November 17 in the evening ( that would be tomorrow for me ) . then decided to reboot my router no change either .

I decided to reinstall the game seeing it can never hurt and gives me some time to read the forums . this will prolly not help either lol but still .

I even considerd beeing bannend seeing i got into a overtaking discussion last night and considerd the possibilaty that the little brad had reported me but thats a little far seeked tho .

Anyhow i don't have answers for you either but at least you know you are not alone so it prolly hasn't got anything to do with just you seeing more peeps are affected .

I see you both have a Canadian flag so i aint sure but it might be a a zone thing , for me it is strange seeing all my Belgium friends can race online . Some Us friends have this prob as well

I had the problem last night when I left GT5 running/idled when I went to eat. After I came back, I tried to race online then this error came upon. All I did was go back to tuning my cars then tried accessing the online events which I had no problem. I then tried again for online lobbies, and the problem was fixed.

Maybe it has something to do with idle?

update: it works now.....i did nothing but wait a couple hours and try again, and its good to go......i guess its fixed itself...thanks to the stability of gt5 servers (sarcasm 8000%)

I also had the same 250 lobby error from midnight last night. It seems to be ok now.

The stability of the network is suspect at best.

It can be very annoying when you get a good group together and then bam. disconnected.

Sony please address these issues.💡

Mine just started doig the exact error as yours. I hope its not a long term problem? I really love playing online!

I have had same problem since thursday last week,have re installed updates,tryed old save data,re set my router everything i can think off.still no good its so frustrating that i cant get an answer to the problem,seems to me because its a problem effecting a small number of people its just being ignored by PD.

HURRAY GT5 WORKS AGAIN i have no idea why it fixed itself but thank heavens it has,after a week of error 250 i was about to give up trying & trade it in,so if you have the same problem dont get stressed like i did just wait a bit & it will fix it self,
