An intro to Max Payne modding

Yo. I am trying to mod Max Payne and have just put the necessary tools on my PC from disc.

I was wondering if someone could show me where to start. Or direct me to a site that could. Personally I want to start off creating levels and get to the good stuff from there. A basic level would do,
