Annoying blue ink spot

Has anybody else seen this annoying blue ink like spot that goes through the screen during the Nürburgring 24 hour endurance race?

It appears around sunset, and it is really annoying, even freaky.

No, I do not do drugs.

What the hell is it?

Also happends to me sometimes!..

I also see this sometimes when i race at Monza. the asfalt begins to turn blue, and the signs turn blue and so on.. but not so much, but really looks annoying!!

i assume you are using a plasma tv?

I'm using an LCD TV, and the ink spot kind of travels all around the screen.

Really, really weird and annoying.

Also, this stuff is in the game, it is not a TV thing.

Yeah, but no explanation is convincing enough, they all just got "funny" with the fantastic stuff.

It's a glitch with the sun while rising and setting. The glitch causes light effects to penetrate the road/foreground (the sun is behind the hill or tree or road) and you see this blue splotch.

Seems like a good explanation.

Anything could be a "glitch", easy way out.

I'm not saying it is a ghost, come one, I'm saying it is something on purpose.

Maybe I will never know.

It appears where the sun glare would be if it wasn't blocked by the terrain. I think it's part of the post-processing that hangs on a bit too long into the dusk...

The annoying blue spot appears also during sunrise at Le Mans 24 Hour race, but it looks like a conic thingy this time.

So, with this new element, yes, I will most likely be a sun flare glitch.
