You can't change your nickname in GT7 any more than the maximum number of times. It's not something we can do anything about as we have nothing to do with the development of nor support for Gran Turismo.

None at all. I'd imagine that they don't want people swapping names on a race-by-race basis in order to pretend to be someone else to fool people, but I don't know how they arrived at this precise implementation.


On GTP we allow (eligible) people to have a username change once a year, for reasons stated in the FAQ.
