Friday vs. Saturday

It shouldn't conflict with WEC as that starts at 8:30 earliest, which would leave at least a one hour bufferzone :)

Edit: As of right now, it's heading towards Saturdays at current time, perhaps up to about half an hour earlier

So, take it as an official release, unless there's any objections, be it from competitors or parents, the race will move to Saturday. But I won't do all that OP picture over again :lol:
 
My saturdays are booked to 27th april. Even after that time (18:00) would be bad on saturdays. Fridays works better for me but not this week (i'm booked other race).
 
This is really putting into a dilemma.. I'm gonna make a poll, Friday vs. Saturday, whichever wins I'll try to make it happen. WE WILL RACE :)

Edit: Poll is up and will close on Thursday to allow time for possible changes 👍
 
I feel like I just ruined it or everybody :( . Honestly if it doesn't work for that many, I can miss out until summer time..
 
Nobody's ruined anything, I just need to make sure at what day the majority would be free, it's a democratic vote :)
 
I can't be on Friday. If the Poll ends by thursday and Friday stays, I won't be able to have at it.

Teams are not part of S1 but I'm workings on something similar to how teams were in WRC (finance-wise) :sly:

Also, particularly to one of the voters, you don't usually vote unless that day would make you race the series. The person I'm talking to knows who he is.

Hope not morten. I really want to participate (I'll try to hold off my more agressive side). I tried out the Clio I just got and I fell in love with it. It feels like an overgrown rear wheel drive hatchback Go-kart thing. It listens to your every slight analog stick input, and doesn't try to kill you while following orders.Perfect for my fearless driving style.

Yeah, the Clio is a dream to drive even on average tyres, it might throw a little drift but you can easily catch it :)

Friday looks to win, so I'd like if those that definitely can't do Fridays would PM me. If there's even a slight chance you may drive as parttime 👍
 
I know this much: If Friday wins, I know for sure there won't be a potential conflict with the WEC World Endurance Championship that I'm also running in. You'll find me running a Nomad Diablo in GTE, in case you were wondering.
 
Had the WEC been around this time I'd be there to beat you :sly: :)

Friday has officially won and round 1 will start as planned 👍 check the social group for discussions and, most notably, CHECK THE WEBSITE :D

Lil' more than 11 hours to go.. Gonna be interesting to see who can get off to the best start :)
 
It's on the OP, but Round 1 is Monza, and Madrid Reverse next week.. This means the first two rounds both have a very difficult chicane as turn one, and I can only recommend you to have patience through there. Remember the races aren't won after the first corner but screwing it up can mean you'll lose it :)
 
Oh, yeah, that I forgot, but for Monza it'll be 7 laps for the Sprints and 10 for the feature :)
 
Unlikely I'll make tonight, playing music at 7, however, a family emergency has come up and I may get stuck at home so I still may race.

Also, this shouldn't be a usual occurrence, when I play music, it's usually at 8:30.
