Throwing emails at the guy,... at the end I will probably buy it ...

And if I do, the main idea is to spare the Audi S3 the shorter trips (10-15km)

^Will visit the car tomorrow.

Agreed on the mods and price. He will take the GAZ suspension out (not road safe here or for a whole grant homologation cost and a few days of time to get it through the MOT), put KW Variant 1 (300km on them, he made the 300km on it) in it. The whole for 3500.

If the rest of the car is ok.

Ohh my bank account is gonna be happy again

Hm... The price is good, for a car, that old. The only thing is, the CT, and, it's apparently only valid until 04/2013 (- Please, correct me if I'm wrong. - I don't know much about the vehicle-registration-thing, in Luxemburg).

Don't do it! The world is going to end on december 21.

^Lool. I plan to survive it and have all the roads for me alone ;) Thus the car hording

CT is yearly here. So I need to pass it again either when I put the car on my name, or I can renounce it and pass it 04/13 when it needs a refresh. it's normal.

EDIT
:

To the MX-5 savy people. What are the kinks of NA's.
The normal places to look out on a car, I know about, and obviously the foldable roof.

Power windows seems to be one problem to look out, what are the rest??

Changing title :P. Though I give myself to Wed. to think about buying it or not.

Have you seen it up close? Looks like a scuff and maybe even a split on the back bumper? Other than that, looks neat, not sure about the rear spoiler looks-wise (what's with all the bolts) but could be a nice trackday weapon for sure.

Not much to look out for really, especially since it's a 1.8. Make sure the clutch slave cylinder isn't leaking and make sure there's no rust in the area between the door and rear wheel. 👍

Didn't take it. The car was ok... but I came to my senses again and didn't bought it.
