Just Example about Anti-Roll. (i want better setup for good-pro handling)

if i use Front 7/7 Anti, Rear 1/7 it will understeer?
if i use Front 1/7 Anti, Rear 7/7 it will oversteer?
if i use Front 7/7 Anti, Rear 7/7 it will ?-?-? SPIN?

FWD what use anti?
RWD/MR what use anti?
4WD what use anti?
