Any B-Spec cheats?

I'm sorry to ask a question which has probably been asked many times, but are there any 'hacks' around to max out B-Spec without racing, or any gamesaves that are largely uncompleted except for a maxed out B-Spec driver?

Once I tried to hack and find those codes but just couldn't do it.
I have no idea how the game handles B-spec points and scores

Speed Drifter, I believe you are the one who got me my awesome gamesave with certain things completed. Is it possible to come up with a save like that in this case, or is it the same problem of finding the codes?

I have a save with every car, and would post it up for you to modify with all B-Spec stats, if it was possible of course. That is if you felt like it too, I already asked you for one save, and you delivered faster than I was hoping.

Hey Speeed Drifter, I wanted to let you know that I just got my GameShark so I can finally try out that money code you wrote.Man that infinite cash was nice just to get a few cars but man Iwantto be abe to look forward to prize money from the races as well.
