Any local multiplayer, non-split screen racing games?

I'm building my son a sim rig and am looking for any racing games where I can race him. We have 2 PC's and 2 PS4's so the game can be on either platform. Are there any "arcade" like games that we can race against each other side by side without having to connect to the internet? Thanks for any help...
 
Well umm, Driveclub and Distance are your best bets, I don't think there are many racing games for PS4 yet but for PC I recommend Blur, Split Second, and umm Asphalt? Sorry I don't know much of the PC arcade racing library but those are what I know.
