What is the car in question? When does it over steer? Or are you searching for general tuning guide?

Also how experienced you are as a driver? You need to be able to drive very consistently to be able to judge the effects of your tuning.

general tuning guide. what tires I should have that kind of stuff. its a Nissan GT-R spec-V

sport soft @ 600HP with 35/65 torque diff setting has no wheel spin but the V-Spec is known for understeer not oversteer, i want mine to oversteer a tad

start off slow

use the sport parts so you can get a feel for the power increase, and you may feel comfertable driving with this much power instead of a max tuned machine

reduce as much wieght as you can, it will make the car easier to drive
