I'll post some photos of my Fox and Jetta that I had, if I can find them. I just, uh... Have to find them...

Find it man, I wanna see the Fox.

eiriksmil: Yeah I'm on Vortex, not that much tho. I'm liking you car, what size are your wheels?

This is other car that I have, it was made in 1976 by a furniture factory...MP Lafer

It uses a 1.6L Air-Cooled Twin Carb (From the VW 1600) and the Fusca Chassis...

it's not much, but it's definitely given me some great memories and as long as that motor turns over i'll be driving it.

Btw: To the topic starter, nice jetta, is that silver arrow? If so it is my favorite mark3 color behind surf green. One of my friends had a black glx with white salad shooters similar to yours. Actually pretty much all of my friends are into dubs and about 40 of me and my friends are at any of the englishtown shows like show n go or waterfest and also h2o

Love Corrado, especially the front, so mean. I got a friend that has a VR6 2.9 sounds nasty. 👍

Yes sir it's silver arrow, surf green is sick and rare color. I will be at Waterfest and H20, we should get together.

Nice GTI! Enjoy it! They're great cars.

My 2006 GTI is down in my sig. Those pictures were taken back in 2007 when we first bought it. Been in love ever since.

7Jx15, ET38. If I recall correctly they're spaced about 10mm up front and 20-25mm out back. I kinda wish they were 8 but with 7 cars you kinda take what you have, can't spend money on wider wheels this year :)

Ha funny thing I just moved to Maryland from Florida.

Thinking about getting it chipped soon, probably won't lower it though, I can't take that much beating around the pot holes here...

mira_alex - You've started an interesting thread, and it's great that you're responding to everyone showing their cars, but try not to double (and triple) post (use the multi-quote button between the report and quote buttons) and avoid re-posting everyone's images too - we've already seen them once on the same page, we don't need to see them all again. The thread will be a lot easier to read and a lot more enjoyable as a result :)

Unfortunately, I've no VW to show pictures of myself, but that may change in the next few months as I'm currently scouting for project cars and I'm considering an old Polo or Scirocco, or perhaps even a MkII GTI to play about with.

What car do you have?

Yeah I was thinking about it and I didn't know there was a multi button until now, thanks.

And I'm a sucker for the Scirocco but any VW is a good project car, I'm getting one soon and my Step dad and I are going to work on it, we thinking about getting an old bug.

i have a Golf mk4 GTI since 2003,slow car,but never had a problem with it,will keep it for many years i think.

Has 270.000 KM on the clock.

WOW that's alot of miles but they will never die on you unless you never to the maintenance. What color?

And nice looking MK5 Philly.

Thanks! Its appearance is not quite up to the same level right now, being at college and all. But just as soon as I get home it'll be all nice and spiffy again!

Unfortunately, that will be in order to sell it... :( Sad because it's been perfect for me, it's just getting old with 80k on the clock.

What part of Michigan are you? I have my GTI in Holland right now. You can crank a ton of power out of these things without sinking too too much into mods. Unfortunately, your warranty won't appreciate the mods as much as your buddies. I think you could easily get away with a chip and an intake though.

I was considering chipping mine but I was at 70k at the time and that would have just been too much for the poor thing I think.

I am in Rochester Hills, right now at ~2300 miles....The APR software is on sale right now, which is why its so tempting at the moment....:D

@mira_alex

I have a 2011 GTI.

It might be bad looking, but it's a nice cruising car...And it runs pretty well...

It have done just 13.000km since it rolled off the factory in 1976

Would really love to buy a Mk2 GTi but unfortunately they never sold them as right hand drive over here in Japan. Seen some really nice restored models in the UK but the shipping and road registration would double their price :irked:

here is my VW list :)
