hiyA! ^_^

I have been playing Gran Turismo 3 for a long time now. But for so long that I cant make my Supra handle well or good as cars such as Cammaro SS or the Skyline and other good cars. MY supra got speed and Acceleration, but its turning ability is too slow and just not right. To be able to turn without skidding off the course requires me to brake very early and it gives other cars the chance to catch up or pass to me :D
Can someone plz be kind enough to give me an idea of how the setting should be in order to counter this problem? :D
Thnxie ^_^ :D

Above all Turn the ASM to 0 and TCS to 1 or 2.
If the car keeps plowing to the outside of turns Start with the ASM and TCS and see if that doesn't fix the problem.
If that doesn't do it, Check in the settings forum for good settings.
Failing that. Dump some Horsepower. The Supra is an awesome machine up to about 650HP. Above that it becomes an unruly beast.
I also recommend setting ride height no lower than about 65mm.
Some intial "run-in" settings:
Springs at about 12/9.0 initially (Front/rear)
Bound at 5/5
Rebound at 7/7
Camber at 3.0/1.0
Stabilizers at 4/4.
Braikes at 24/19
If it still understeers, raise the rear end 10mm.
If you have no skill with diffs buy and equip the one-way diff.

I have tried to tune 2 Supras to optimum. One for drifting, the other for grip driving. I haven't been able to tune the later one to over 600 HP without loosing stability in one or other way. Try to keep your HP around 500-550 at max to keep it well under control. When you have the power, you can start worrying about the other stuff. LSD and wheel toe are the key factors. ASM is of course off and maybe keep the TCS on 1-3. I Had great success and in my opinion, my tuned stock supra handles better than the "stock" Castrol Tom's, at least with my style of driving.

Yeah, full HP is way more than the Supra chassis can handle. Drop it down to about 700 and do some looking on the Tuning and Settings board.

Welcome to GTPlanet!
