Anybody else do the 2K$ tune?

I fully mod my motors, install low RPM turbos, and use the power controller to bump back down to lower horsepower, and in the process make about 140 ft/lbs of torque more

EDIT: that's not always the case, I have done it before though. After 1.06 I have switched up my tuning method though with ballast and the power controller. I love those little features

I always drive a car before attempting a tune, and in many cases the cars handling is ok, and I wont attempt to change any of the original settings by adding new parts.

So I like the 2K$ approach, which also falls in line with another of my principles, only if absolutely needed, do I add parts that cannot be removed again.
 
Yeah I do this exact thing! I'm selective about which cars I make big changes to. Some work amazingly punching above their weight, but for the majority I think it ruins them.

i do custom transmission, it really help with top speed or acceleration when needed

I will do this as well but i will put the racing clutch and upgrades to that effect first and then i will purchase the HP upgrades but only use them when racing friends online. Bragging rights ya know!!
