I just discovered the Sultan RS, lol! I've had the game four years and just discovered the fastest accelerating car in the game, that's bad.

Believe it or not, the fastest accelerating car in GTA IV/EFLC is the Forklift. It has the fastest acceleration to its top speed than any other vehicle.

I believe the fastest car in GTA IV is the Infernus, although the Comet is close to it. The Sultan RS is the best accelerating sports car.

The fastest car overall in EFLC is the NOoSE Cruiser from TBoGT. It's the purple/blue police car which looks like a Cadillac CTS-V. The fastest supercar in EFLC is the Bullet GT.

Actually the Infernus is the fourth fastest car in GTA IV. The fastest car turns out to actually be the Banshee, it out-performs the other sports cars. The Comet, Infernus, Turismo and so on.

I didn't include the forklift, but you're right. I never played TBoGT. Dunno why, just haven't. But yeah, I couldn't believe I never even knew the Sultan RS existed :dunce:. The Comet has the highest top speed, according to GTA4.net, but only a hair faster than the Infernus. But to me, the Infernus, Comet, Super GT, and Turismo all feel pretty similar acceleration wise. The Banshee is not faster to its top speed than the Sultan RS, Infernus, or the Croquette (sp?).

So how come an NRG 900 can beat a Banshee in a drag race at the airport, when it's slower than the other supercars?

perhaps because it is a motorcycle? Look at Midnight club.. the easiest way to make money imo was to get a motorcycle and beat all the races. The same thing goes for the TDU2 motorcycles. If you took it to a circuit or something obviously the banshee would be faster because the NRG-900 handles like 🤬

Just a few minutes ago, I decided to get back to online racing after about two years, and wow, there's currently 13 people in the lobby. I'm impressed.

I'm looking for people who still play. I'm on every day. I'm going to Send some fr next time I turn on my ps3.

I play, too. Currently after upgrading to a much more powerful rig however, I am having issues getting it to run on my Windows 8 machine. There is supposedly a few ways to get around it, although the couple I tried have yet to bring any positive results.

With that said, one of the big reasons I am looking forward to playing is the massive customization factor you can do (for the PC, of course). Something I'm sure you are all aware of, of course.

...Incredible graphics mods

...Sum real cars

I also want to do some machinima with it. Do my own bond film, if you will. lol

I do, but not online because of the stupid hackers. This game is a lot of fun even offline. I love getting a heavy vehicle such as the Bus or the Phantom and go cause mayhem in Star Junction.
