At low levels it may be a bit high but at higher levels it takes a ton so I have no problem with it. Besides with the seasonal and special events it has been possible to jump from level 0 to 24 in about an hour anyway.

btw there is no need to run the 24 hour races more than once each. I was level 39.9 B-spec before I ran the first one and in A-spec I will run each of them once as well but it will take a long time before I get to do Nurburgring in A-Spec as I am still 6 1/4 levels away which is a huge number of XP.

At low levels XP is high but im on lvl 14 now and im getting less XP so thats probaly a sign that the XP is actully fine.

The increase in Xp makes sense - as grinding seemed an odd concept to me. to endlessly repeat events just to move up levels made GT5 feel like a chore rather than a game. However, the number of race wins needed to buy a F1 car (in the way the game was designed to be played) still seems a bit odd. However, overall I'm enjoying this version more than any previous version that I've played (updates with nice extras - seasonals, UCD or improvements)

I have recently restarted GT5 being that i messed up first time round really, loads of silly over tuned cars & no set patten play order so I wanted to start again, my point is the second time around I have only done the seasonal events (FR-FF-4X4 & bonus No7) 1/4 of the specials and two licenses and I'm all ready at level 21? and I still have 3/4 of the specials to do plus the rest of my licenses to do and what ever seasonals come up, and that's before I have done one single race in A spec, OK unlike a new starter I already had the cars to do the seasonal events ( transferred over from other account) but seems to me that the XP is to easily had.

What Sony should have done is put a level or license restriction on those high XP payout bonus races. That way you would have to wait until your already a high enough level. IMO this is the only valid argument of having too much XP. It has become so insane leveling 35-40 there is never enough XP even with the update.

Ok now ive stop level up rapidly now on 17 so i was right but i just still feel like the XP is going to high
