all the menu and instruction are in Japanese. We got the Lambo, speed is in kph instead of mph, horsepower is in PS instead of HP, mileage is in KM instead of MILE. that's about all I think. I played gt1, gt2 both Japanese and us versions and some cars like the viper LM and fto LM had different behaviors in the two versions.
