I have a Lambo Gallardo LP 560-4 '08, which is on the list of eligible cars and its tuned to 600 PP and it will not allow me to enter the races. What gives? Had the same problem with the World classic series, bought a G4 and it wouldnt let me use that car for those races. There were several cars I tried until I bought the '61 Jag XKE and it finally let me enter. Theres no point in these races if I keep killing my bank account buying cars to race when I already have a car thats suppose to be eligible.

I had a similar problem with that car, it was showing 608PP in my garage when I went to un-tune it I found it was at about 580. I changed the tires and exited and it seems to have updated the garage to the show correct PP, and the car shows up as eligible to enter the race.

Even though it probably has nothing to do with the tires - I blamed Bob, sometimes he goes and changes my tires around for me.

I just entered the event with the same car but tuned to 581 PP, no problem here.

Try to detune the car a little to make the PP drop under 600.

Have you driven the car since you set it to 600? I notice everytime I set my car to 600 and do a race it's goes up by 1 PP because of engine break in. I have to remove 1HP everytime I drive it. Maybe that's the problem your experiencing.

I set mine to 600 and it let me in. It was 601 when I went to the tuning menu too. It was in red so I took it down to 550.

I logged off for a couple hours, logged back in and detuned to 550 and it let me in, then I retuned to 599 and finished the events. I gave my super Veloce' to my other account, that car was only 588pp so I tuned it out to 609. I went into the garage and detuned to 599 and entered the races. I completed 4 of them and when I tried to enter the fifth it wouldnt let me in. I went back to the garage and checked and it was now at 601 PP. I had to detune again and go back in. Honestly, if it says 600PP is the limit then it should be 600 not 599. Anyway, all is well and I finished them for the first time.

I'm having trouble coming in 11 of 12th place in any of my 4 lambos, I need happy tunes.

Until now if I go to GARAGE from the requirements page it always would show the cars I have that qualify. I go there, and only ONE car shows up, later NONE show up. I was able to enter the race once I get into a car. What's the matter with it?

might be due to te fact, that the pp showing in the carlist is outdated because in former patchlevels the equipped tyres were taken into the calculation.

Just go into the cars setup-menu and pp will re-calculated.

Instead of all that, you could've just written 'Thank you.'💡

Take one of them to the garage, stick some racing soft tyres on, mod the engine up to 3, stick a turbo on if you can, then go to GT Auto and stick a wing on, then de-tune in race settings if you have to, to 590 HP.... then you should be OK.....

I want to stick to sport soft tires, Racing slicks are too easy. Having played the game nearly to its end, I want to start undertaking more challenges for myself, and learning to tame the lambo on ice

yes, I could have written "thank you" if it was as simple as that. The fact that I got into the races at 599PP but it changed my cars PP rating all on its own to 601 is something I think needs addressed. Also I think if the limit is 600PP then you should be able to tune to 600PP not 599PP. This has also happened to me in cars I just bought and hadn't tuned yet that were well under the PP rating and still were not allowed into the races despite being on the list of eligible cars.To those that offered solutions I do say "THANK YOU"

Does it really REALLY need to be addressed? Don't get your panties in a wad over 1 freakin' performance point. Life's too short man!

Ha... a fellow Montrealer! Bonjour! (That's the limit of my French...!)

But if you're coming in 11th or 12th.....??? Oh, all the smileys are the same!

If I listed all the things wrong with this game my post would be 3 pages long, I wasnt getting my panties in a twist, just sharing information in case someone else has the same issues. I think you people that get on here and want to criticize everyones post instead of talking about the game are the ones that need to relax and untwist your panties!

I always set the pp to 50 points under the max, since I do the races 10 times before moving on.

No panty twisting here.....just saying I would not start a post about it! LOL

Sure, there are things wrong but it is easily fixable....just lower your PPs a little and try it again.....is that kind enough for you? :D
