I was just wondering because I've built a few and was wondering if anyone else does the same. And, does anyone know if the level 8 Gp-o2A is worth the 50 dollars?

Cool, thanks! that's a lot cheaper than going to a store, better selection too.

THe one I was going to order went out of stock right as I was eating dinner. Do you know if they get in orders often?

I Got the one I ordered, I was really impressed. It had cables in the legs, and pistons and stuff, you can take the armor off of the bottom half of the legs. It has so much movement and posability. It was really fun to build.

I can see you in your room playing with your Gundams:

Pshh...BLAW!...You won't get away!...AHHH!...BRASSSSHHHHHHHH....Damnit, he got me....CHECKMATE!....RRRRGGGGGG........WWWWWWWWWWWWG!....TRANSFROM!...WHHAAAA?...What the!?...AHHHHH!...SSSSHHHHHHH...BAM!

Sounds like you're playing with your Sailor Moon dolls, Darin.

These models aren't something you play with. Ranging from $40 - $300+, they are for mature audiences only.

I'm a big gundam modeller. In fact, I'm working on a Perfect Grade Gundam Mk.II right now. (Well, not RIGHT now, but you get the point)

I'm also a big Gundam (and other anime) toy collector. Here's a bit of what i've got:

I've since added a ton of stuff, and totally reorganized my collection. I've got another display case now, as well as some dedicated figure-only shelves.

Holy freaking cow! Cool mobile suit collection. 👍

On the first pic, what scale is that Strike Gundam? It looks really big. I see you collect the action figures too. I have the Nu Gundam and Char's Sazabi mobile suit as well. I rather have the figures than the models, I don't really have a steady hand. I also want to try out those FIX figures, they seem really detailed.

The big strike is 1/60 scale. They also released an edition with all three weapons packs, and a Freedom Gundam, in the same scale, but I didn't get them. It cost me about 40 bucks, something like that, and is about as detailed as a nice HG kit, just really big. (In other words, no internal detail) I've also got the Master Grade strike, which I've yet to take pics of.

The Fix series (along wit the new Zeonography line, which is essentially the same thing, just figures of Zeon suits) are really great looking, and have good poseability. However, they tend to be relatively fragile.

yeah the mg gundams are really fun to build. I dropped mine accidentally on to tile and the only thing that fell off was the backpack.

Robotech. Wow, that brings back some memories.

Macross, actually. Robotech is actually the animation of three series put together (Macross, Southern Cross, and Mospeada) and given a new story line. The original series are infinitely better than Robotech. (For example, Minmay was actually played by a Japanese pop singer, in her only voice acting role ever. Her music was actually good !)

HA!!! I'm not the only MW:DA fan out there! (actually now I'm trying to get rid of my stuff)

Here's my collection:

  • RX-93 Nu Gundam
  • MSN-04 Sazabi
  • RX-78 GP01-Fb Zephyranthes Gundam (battle scared)
  • Wing Zero
  • Wing Zero Custom (1/100 Master Grade)

I got mine from ehobbies.com, ebay has them too. It's from AUTO art.

Thanks, xAkirax. I want to get the rest of the MGS2 figures just so I can get all the pieces to build the Metal Gear Ray. :)
