Anyone know how to do the spring mod on DFGT pedals

I know how to do it but i've tried pulling that spring and it's impossible have any of you lot done it if so then how??

Yes that one but the springs just go back to there original position when i let go so how did he bend them??

With strenght? I don't know, the video is supposed to show exactly just that. Try forcing them a little bit more or getting a set of pliers similar to his.

I haven't done it myself so your best bet is watching the video and look at how he does it.

I have done it, and this is the video I used. He dosent show the black spring but you should open that one a little as well as it will make the "clunking" noise go away. you just need to force them with 2 pair of pliers. the silver spring isnt all that hard but the black spring can be a pain. took me a few times to get that black spring. good luck:tup:

Yeah, two pliers and some muscles (and I have very little). I put on a LOT of resistance to my brake, and a little extra pressure to my gas. Nice clean mod 👍

How much do you have to pull the spring then and for how long

Depends how much force you use.

Just use a piece of paper to mark the original position and check back after a couple of pulls.
