Anyone know when you get all the free tickets?

I know you get them after you complete all the tiers of races in A and B spec, but what about driving a certain number of km, or doing a certain number of races?

Does anyone know a definitive list?

All I know is:
A-spec Beginner All Gold - Lvl 5 ticket.
A-spec Amateur All Gold - Lvl 9 ticket.
A-spec Professional All Gold - Lvl 12 ticket.

We should start a list.

Yeah, and i know you get a ticket for all gold in expert and extreme, and you get tickets for A spec, and B spec. But i want to know if there is a 3000km, or a 300 race ticket.

There is a "1000 ticket", you can learn more about it here

Posters reported having the 1000 car ticket more than once. You should get one every 100 races or something.
