Hey I am working on building my setup for GT5 but apparently waiting until after it was released was a bad idea. Amazon had the Playseat for $339 before the release date for GT5 was released but they are now out of stock of that and the G27 both. I went on the Playseat website and they are out of stock of most of their seats but they said they had the White Playseat + G27 in stock so I ordered one. Bear in mind the order was $800 so I expected some sort of notification on when it will ship and fast shipment. So a week later I still have zero confirmation that they have done anything toward shipping my order. I e-mailed them and they replied with the following:
Dear Mr Knapp,
we do apologize but as we are unable
to ship your order, this will consequently be refunded and then deleted.

Is this website even for real? I mean, they didn't even let me know that my order wasn't coming. Second, why did it say it was in stock when it clearly wasn't? Third, they need to hire someone who knows how to write a somewhat professional e-mail. Fourth, it has been two days and I still haven't gotten my refund...
Needless to say, I am very hesitant to try ordering anything from them again. Has anyone on here ordered from them with any success? Apparently people have ordered from them since they are out of stock of everything but my experience has been a disaster.
Does anyone have somewhere that they are in stock and will actually ship it to you? I have a feeling it will be mid to late January before Amazon is back in stock, after the holidays are over. I really don't want to wait that long but it looks like I may have to.
