Arcade mode no longer works!

I purchased GT5 a few weeks ago. Everything was working fine and I downloaded the 1.10 patch. It worked perfectly until yesterday. Now when I try to choose a track in arcade mode it takes me back to the screen where you pick 1 player/time trial/drift/2 player. Any suggestions?
 
Thanks for the help, it looked like it was going to work but then it just did the same thing. I tried both of the suggested fixes. This is really starting to annoy me.

1. Re-install the game (may take a while; make sure you dont delete your game save).This usually solves most issues with your game. If that doesn't work, then empty system cache via

Options>utilities(or miscellaneous)>empty system cache

2. If you have something else to say, remember to add it via your edit button:tup:

But there are loads of people complaining about freezes way before 1.10 came out, why is everything always blamed on the last update. ?

^This^ 👍 I think it's more to do with the size of the game-save as you progress. PD don't help by sending 10 museum cards & (mostly crappy) paint chips every day. There should be a Recieve/option button for these. Also, I don't know how often people clear their systems caches?

If they didn't have patches to blame stuff on, they would have to admit that they are just complete morons.
