If you buy a car and save it in your garage with the setting parts and tires you like then go to arcade mode and race that car, does it respond the way you set it up? I like to "two way battle" with some other gt3 junkies. We are allways trying to build a car and take it to the track to beat the car your buddy just built.

I don't like Arcade Mode, so I'm not an expert, but this is what I know from playing it recently.

The race cars wont allow turbo mods to be available, after setting them up that way in Simulation Mode. If a race car comes with 400hp stock, then that is what it will have no matter what turbo mod you placed on it in Simulation Mode. The same is true for normal cars.

Settings, however, are kept the same as you set them up it Simulation Mode, because you can't change the settings in Arcade Mode. Remember, I could be wrong, but this is the truth as I know it.

Um. The HP comes up stock on the car choosing screen, but I really don't think it is. Because my 400R still flies!

Oh great! Now ya tell me!

I never knew that! I'll relay this info to my boys. They are the only ones that use Arcade Mode anyway. I had to recently on account I working on my third and final 100% complete ratting. I happen to be all finished with it now, but thanks for the tip anyway. 👍

Heh...yeah, every mod stays on your car...it just doesn't show that. I guess PD were too lazy too reprogram the garage section of arcade mode...

Let's hope that for GT4 you can organize the garage, permanently, so you can easily find the car you want to race!

Ah...yeah, I wouldn't mind grouping them into sort of "folders" of drivetrains...:) That would make it so much easier when racing in Arcade. It's annoying when I want to use a car and I have to stop every half a second to find it. :irked:
