There's a new cartoon show, for adults, that will start on the FX Network on the 14th of January. It's called Archer. It's a show about a spy, who's less than appropriate. Well, just watch the YT clips.

I had to watch this solely because of H. Jon Benjamin. His voice is hilarious.
 
The show is pretty legit. Not nearly as over-the-top as Frisky Dingo, but still pretty awesome. It is true though, HR Mediation is supposed to solve everything.

It was pretty good, but not 'lol' hilarious. Good for some chuckles and a few laughs. I'm betting it gets better, but I could see it getting worse.

So far, so good. I'm going to keep watching. The second episode was better than the first. More 'adult' too, which is what I was expecting from the start.

Oh I'm a bit clueless to what "Johnny Bench" means when Archer kept saying that to his mother when he got her masturbating. Anybody got a clue?

So, I loved the pilot back when it aired in November or whatever, was a bit disappointed by the episode last week, but tonight's episode has convinced me that this show will be worth watching.

I agree. This last episode was pretty damn funny. The best episode so far. 👍
 
I give this show two thumbs up. It just keeps getting funnier and funnier.
 


Gets better every single week. The last bit is my favorite. :D

Yeah. My jaw kind of dropped when I found out about that. I never really expected it to take such a time. In any case, I've no idea what they're working on...I reckon it's almost the same deal USA has going on with some of their series' - they show a full-on season (with a possible mid-season "finale" in-between) and then just take a ridiculously long break to come up with competent story arcs and/or focus on another new series.
 
Well, the first season is done. It was good. A few shows were just 'OK' and a few were great. I think it's agreed Excelsior was the best episode of the season.
 
Anyone else watch this show?

Because if you don't, you totally should.

This is, without question, the greatest show on TV right now. Possibly ever.
 
Definitely enjoyed the first episode of the season. I'm sure the crossover reference was noticiable. :lol:
 
Finally got to watch it! That was a GREAT crossover! This season is going to be another great one!
 
I'm liking the start to this season a lot better so far than the 3 part episode from last season.
 
I have to say after watching the most recent episode, they've finally managed to pull of the 3D cars rather convincingly. They looked pretty ropey last season when they replaced the hand drawn stuff (especially the Burt Reynolds episode), but it's a lot better now.
