Are all gold on lisence test's needed for 100%

I wanted to know if you need to get gold medals in all lisence tests in order to 100% the game.

No. You need golds on the Time Trials, but not on the Licenses. You obviously need to get all the licenses, but not with gold.

Hope you stay for a while MustangFreak, duke pretty much cleared things up as far as golds on licenses go. I hate A7, all of the AI, all of the S and half of the Rally gold times.
