Technically, every standard car can appear in the UCD. You just have to be really lucky for some of them though (LM cars, Historic Race cars, etc.).

There are three cars which have never been reported in the UCD:-

Buick - Special '62 (SEMA Gran Turismo Awards 2003)
HPA Motorsports - Stage II R32 (SEMA Gran Turismo Awards 2004)
Jaguar - XFR '10

All three are prize cars.

Maybe they are super rare....or.... they aren't in the UCD, wich, for me, isn't true
