Just wondering because there is one in the 2013 NASCAR Thread.

I knew the flock would come when they saw this.

How fast does that thread move? The bet was a page or two back.

If a member wants to leave GTPlanet, the staff surely won't get in their way, and how could we?

Short of violating the AUP, we won't help them out the door, either.

Page number is relative to one's forum settings. It's just a few posts up for me.

Depends on what the topic is, race days we can add up to 10 pages.

Aww, this makes me sad because everybody knows there is no way ICEYOU will actually honor something.

Okay so if they make a deal to leave via bet, some are wondering if they'd have to uphold it. I doubt you staff members would make it official due to the mess it may cause, so I assume if they don't hold up the bet the only thing they hurt is their credibility on the forums and ethical standing (for lack of a better term). Which is what you seem to be saying.

Isn't deliberately and emphatically lying a violation of AUP principles?

He could ask a mod to ban him when the time comes if he was wrong.

It would have to be that said mod posts in the thread to confirm it.

There is one way that will likely get him to leave. Simply stop replying to him!

Actually, members have been banned at their own request in the past.
