Illegal? Sony can do what they want. If they weren't tradable then everyone would have one for free.

From the look of it on an old News Feed post it said something about them being added to the Dealership in the December Update so we can buy more.....
Which is kinda pointless if you ask me

dont forget that this is also about business,
it may not sound great, yes this was done for the fans of GT5, but it was also done for money-to make money
if you guys and gals want the GT series or GT5 to get better, then PD and Sony need to make cash in order to do so
making the DLC tradable would cause a huge difference in sales and money

It's being added to the Ncd because if someone ran up 50-100k miles and wore it out they can buy another one.

Its not yours its called rights and you do not have the right to sell it and claim it as your own. And the only way to get them for free is illegal because its sonys/pds product which you have no right to give away. The only way to completely say its yours is to purchase the rights for it. Which would cost thousands of dollars. Learn the legal system before you determine that its "illegal"

People who bought the DLC cars will have those cars added to the dealers in the December update.

Just so it doesn,t course confusion.
I think that means If you bought the DLC package you will get it added to the NCD rather than let anyone have it or that makes DLC pointless.?

Plus I would also like to point that when you buy something it is yours to use as you wish, But the right to sell it on or give to another person lies within a copyright notice.

That is what protects companys from allowing individuals to distribute there works.?
The sole purpose of DLC is so that the company makes monies and you get a product from them but like any tangible product its not yours to do with has you wish.
Thats why piracy and all other things get you into big trouble if caught.
