Are race cars too easy to drive?

Like many have said, drive the car to it's limit and stare into the devils eyes for 50 laps straight. Do Tokyo in the X1 for example; 1.05's easy, .59 not so easy, 10 .59's without hitting anything or any cars, that is the realism you have to be at. In real life if you touch something or step a wheel off at 230+mph, it's disastrous.

"Lotta people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well. When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting."

They are all easy to drive until the tires get worn. Other than that, no big hurdles the race cars thrown at you that you can't jump over.
