I don't think I will this time, I got the collector edition this last time but I rather wait with GT6

Pre-ordering kinda adds to the fun and anticipation of launch day for me :D I just can't resist placing that order!

Nope. not even gonna buy it.

I'll just borrow it from a friend. Or wait till its 19.99$

Will be interesting to see if it will be available digitally this time around. They seem to have pushed more titles digital from release recently, at least since GT5 came out.

Probably gonna pre-order, but i'll wait a bit and see if there are any special editions coming, and if there are any pre-order bonuses.

Depends on the goodies for me. Give me a Tank Car with machine guns and Rocket Boosters and Laser Beams and I'm all over it :p

I hope nobody gets "goodies" or anything at all because that would mean day one disc-locked-content.

Right now I'm in wait and see mode as to the date and if the are any special editions

I'll buy it in the same month of the release, with luck.

Can I pre-order it used from early adopters?

Pre-order is now available on Play.com (my usual source for games) at 42.85 which is less than most new games.(44.99) I'll still probably wait til next week though.

No. Reason why is that i'll what till i see accurate gameplay of GT6 before i make my final decision

Yes, I will be placing an order for it sometime this summer.

I won't preorder. I'll wait to see if they fixed the biggest issues. If they went the same path as GT5 ignoring all the lacking areas of GT5 than I won't even buy it.
This.

I wonder how many preordering people will complain about the missing features we'll have in a Gran Turismo game, once again. I learned the lesson with GT5, blind purchases? Not anymore.

I won't be pre-ordering as I find it as a waste of time. I'll simply just look for the best deal after more information is released at E3, Gamescom and TGS.

So you will be pre-ordering, but just after more information is released you mean?

No. I'll be looking for the best prices closer to the release date to see if they change come launch day.

Unless you fancy paying double price for a copy on ebay a while later?

Wait 3 months and you'll be paying half as much as MSRP as retailers desperately try to clear inventory on them.

Believe it or not, yes!

If I have some extra money laying around I will pre-order. I'm thinking they will give us some extra stuff for preordering. (Stealth cars, etc)

Lets take a look at E3 first, then i'll decide.

Probably Yes (love me some pre order cars)but the Dollar is so high compared to the Egyptian pound it's probably best to wait for a sale :(

I see no need to pre-order. I can pick it up on release day with little chance of it completely selling out before I can get to it.

That would only be valid if those cars were to be released as DLC later. GT5 has been the only game that keeps that promise of a pre-order bonus pack being available for those who pre-ordered.

Sure it'd be nice for the cars to be available for everyone, but that's the nature of pre-order though, to offer something extra for showing faith.

In answer to the OP: yes.

Yeh, I imagine from retailers they won't totally sell out, but I generally don't see them being flogged at much lower than the original price. But a way down the line I mean, it's likely the price for a "New" copy of one of the special editions will be high.
