There is no mobile site from what I read.

It is just one site and the software detects screen size and adjusts automatically.

There is no public maintenance being performed on the site right now. If you are being asked to confirm likes, that would indicate JavaScript has been disabled on your mobile browser. Check your settings or try using another browser on your device too see what happens.

It does the same thing on my phone sometimes - text boxes are simplified, likes have to be confirmed, inline videos don't work, and notifications go to their own page rather than popping up in the little on-screen window. It seems to happen mostly during the day. Nothing is changing on my end so I just put up with it until things start working like normal again.

No, but nothing is changing on my end and it only seems to happen randomly during the middle of the day. It doesn't bug me too much because the forums are still mostly functional, and I did install Chrome to view the tunes list so I can try that as well. I had already posted about this, but just wanted to contribute since I saw someone else having the same issue.

I actually stumbled upon something just now when editing my signature. I described text boxes as being simplified, but really the site seems to be forcing them into BBcode mode when this happens.

Yes, and it works most of the time, but sometimes (on my phone, I can't confirm/deny this on my computer because I'm rarely on it) the site goes into this weird mode where the forums button doesn't work properly and the other previously listed things occur.
