ArmA 2: What will I need to run this on high?

I have ArmA II but my PC can only run it on Low with a Decent frame rate, just wondering what I would need to run it on high.

FPS:
Low: 30-40
Medium: 20-25
High: 15-20
Max: 5-10

What is the spec of your pc first mate.

As it may not be upgradable to the level you require, I know if you plan on installing dayz mod it needs more power as I isn't as optimised as arma . But all depends how far you want to upgrade may need a mother board and cpu ram and a graphics card.
