Arrrrgh serious GT5 Glitch

My GT5 copy is glitched

I can't finish a race anymore without having my car go into zombie mode :nervous:

I first had the problem trying to get the Dream Drifter trophy on Chamonix Main with a Daihatsu Move.

At the end of the race the car goes 49kph on its own and the race won't end.

I just did the Grand Valley Speedway 300km 60 lap race and the race is over, but my car keeps going around and around the track. I can't end it and get credit for the race :(

Pause doesn't work, i can't control anything. I'm so pissed off right now :(

These symptoms suggest that there's a problem either with your GT5-disc or your drive as such. When my previous PS3's drive perished, that's what it did. The game loads something off the disc periodically during a race, and when it can't access that, the car slows down and the race will never end. The game will be unresponsive to any input.

For me, that was it (obviously I couldn't load the game anymore with a broken drive). If you still can, your disc might be damaged.
 
Well, in my case, it's been only happening to me every time I try to race on "Circuit de la Sarthe" from the "Seasonal Event - La Festa Cavallino". Every time I finish the race, the car will stay on auto-pilot, lol. And I need some money since that race pays 504,000 Cr. per one lap.
 
Has anyone experienced a problem when setting up your car in the settings menu, the ballast images don't show up causing all other images for the car settings to not sure, thus making the game 'hang' upon exiting?
But if you tune the car by going to all other settings without going to the ballast setting, you can tune it fine, you just can't access the ballast option.

And 2 of my premium models cause the game to 'hang' when trying to apply a RM to them

Like I said, it's only since version 1.10 has come out DaihatsuDriver. Never happened before this.

False.
It has happened to me pre 1.10 and nerve since.
Maybe something in 1.10 makes it more likely but it was a problem before.
I believe, it was a long while back, I just cleared my cache and haven't had a problem since.
 
Always race A/B spec, licenses, and special events when signed OUT of PSN. Helps a lot of people with this, me included.

You're the first one I've ever heard of having this problem pre-1.10, just saying.
 
Had a similar problem but only happened the once, clicked to exit a server and the game froze with no options except been able to write a messesge in game...punched the ps button on my DS3 logged out of psn, logged back into psn, went back to game I was out the server and back racing within 4 mins :)

1 thing I will mention is that I use no music whatsoever just engine noise, could be 1.10 patch interferes with PD music as well as personal music playing
