Maybe he took the interior shot in the Red Bull photo location then took a pic of the ring' and then photoshopped it together with some added photoshopping flare to it!

I just read his post on how it was done...simply amazing...alot of editing but the results speak for themselves... I can only hope that PD will eventually make it where I can just snap a photo like this with out heavy editing as I don't edit any of my photos
