I have my A license. I want to get some more money so I can buy a MR/AWD/Truck to get out of beginner hall.

Whats a quick way to make money at the very start of the game? (that is more than 1,500$ a win).

Thanks in advance.

My first car was a R33 GTR N1spec and with some mild mods i was able to win the "race of the red badges" aka Skyline races. I got 12,000 per race for a total of 60,000 after 5 races. Made some quick cash there.

If you have a GT3 save, you can transfer up to 100 kilocredits over from that.

I think the "one make" races are the best, because the competition is similar. I have been doing the "Silvia Sisters" races to get money. Good fun!

If it is the same as the Japanese version try Special Condition Race 2 at Costa di Amalfi. If the prize is the Toyota RSC Rally Car you can sell it for 265,000 or so (you can always win one to keep later). You need something like an Lancer EVO IV (plus oil change) to win it reasonably easily (just over 10,000 in the newest used lot). In fact anything over 250 HP ought to win easily. Also at Easy you get 5,000 a race.

Well were all no to GT4, so we are learning just like you! I'm using old techniques from the other series. Fast car at a fairly easy/mild race that pays out real well or series of them that pay well with a good bonus or nice car worth money at the end.

Do this a bunch of times, I've done 20 races and have at least 100,000$ now. This is from the above drive and sell.

Damn, my rustyness is showing huge signs..hehe.. I'm all buying a cheap bucket with those $10,000 when I could buy myself a new ride with $110,000 nice!!.. :dopey:

But a real Man will not Transfer any Data from GT3.He will work his way up. :D

True, but I just did.. muhauhahuaha.. ... hey c'mon give me a chance I'm kind of rusty so I must start on that side. I know you'll get those 100k eventually. :sly:

So it works with GT3? Coolness. What about doing some sort of memory card swap - can you jack up the cash? I guess you could buy and sell cars between GT4 saves.

Say you have that 900,000,000,000 Cr. Cheat in Gran Turismo 3, how many of those credits will go into your GT4 file?

I believe 100,000 is the most you can get. If you're wanting to do some kind of cheating thing I suggest you wait for AR Max to release a hacked GT4 save.

I don't know if it works with multiple GT3 saves, but I tend to doubt it. I wouldn't know since I declined the offer.
;)
You can also place out of the A and B licenses but you get no prize cars until you beat the tests for real. My whole point in starting with the licenses was to get free cars...

$100,000? That's pretty decent, compared to starting out with $15,000 in GT3.

That's good for a Skyline GT-R R34 with a few mods, right? :sly:

I would go for one make races. And please don't use B-spec like that, it is SOOOO cheap!!

Do you win any races with B-spec, or can you lose?

I just did this with my Mustang and it works, it's almost sad it feels like cheating but you can sell it for 265,624, so yes it is like the Japanese version!
It should only take 10 min. tops to complet both.

That's freaking lame. I'm gonna do it :mischievous:

B Spec mode drives worse than you can drive in the game in A-Spec .. it's not cheap, trust me, because half the time it won't get you in 1st place in the harder races.

I have waited for months for this game, and I have to try to find a way to get a little more cash. the 100 k isnt enough. has anyone tried memory card swaps yet.

There is a technique for that.

Capri Rally (Easy) A License located at the "Special condition events"
Ive already beat thoes 2 races... (very short 2 laps) with ease in my SRT-4... But only with a few mods aready added to the car [Sports Exhaust,Racing chip, stock tires,Stage 2 Turbo, Racing intercooler, Racing brakes,Semi-racing sspension,2-way limited-slip, and well....*cough cough Nitrous cough :) *]

Well anyways done thoes 2 races 3 times already each time they give you a "RSC Rally Raid Car" sell it for cr 265,624.... and to add to that each time you come in first you get an additional cr 5,000. Well off to the game again. 👍

What's up with everyone into SRTs?

We have a saying over here in the states:
"At the finish line, it's still a Neon." =)

All kidding aside, it's a pretty crazy car, but man on man, it needs a facelift BADLY. And for the love of god, coilovers set to the lowest setting, please!!!
