Basically a lighty redesigned version of the F-GT that debuted in 1995, the Ascari Ecosse is a BMW powered sports car designed by Lee Noble (sound familiar?), that was fast on the road, and had some success in racing.

The ultimate incarnation of the Ecosse/F-GT is the 5 liter 420 bhp version, of which only 3 were made. This Ecosse could sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds, and had a top speed of 200 mph. In all, less than 20 F-GT's and Ecosse's were built, and it is believed that less than 10 remain...

Looks cool and sounds rare as hell which means it could do with immortalising. Plus GT could benefit with getting all the Ascaris. Only a few models plus they look awesome equals a win win situation.
